Great Helmet, Wrong shield, No problems

It's my first helmet purchase for a bike I'm getting this fall. The helmet I ordered was GREAT! But it was unclear that the face shield is not for street use, albeit It is a street helmet. I then contacted the seller asking for a return. The seller suggested I simply purchase the standard face shield for $25. I wanted to keep things simple and just be in contact with one seller. So I asked them if they sold the standard shield and they said they did and would sell it to me. They had quick response and were very friendly. The helmet is great, everything I wanted it to be. The shield was a setback but the problem was resolved quickly with the help of the seller.
